It reminds me of zoo and though I like going to the zoo (it's one of my favorite places) I wouldn't name a girl after it. In addition, there are no nicknames for Zoe, so if you name a child this she's stuck unless she wants to call herself Zo or Z. Maybe it would be ok for a middle name. It has a nice meaning.
