6.2 Meaning Submissions

Submission does not guarantee publication. Namedary may review, edit, reject, delay, remove, or decline to publish submitted information at its sole discretion.

6.5 Removal Requests and Rights Complaints

Namedary may investigate the request and may remove, restrict, modify, or retain the material at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
