I’m not sure many people care about the Greek alphabet, most people would associate this to Alpha wolves because of that stupid kid's game ‘Gacha life’ where kids create movies about werewolves and alphas. Anyway, it isn’t a name I’d use because I learnt the Greek alphabet when I was 8 and now I associate it to the alphabet.
I think this should be a variant to Alphie or Alfie.

To me it sounds much more like a masculine name than feminine but I guess both could work.

The only likely reason I can think of as to why a parent would bestow this name upon a child is because they want the kid to assert their dominance over everybody else. Personally I can only imagine this being used as a furry (sigh) name or by a furry who’s having a child. The kid is going to get bullied anyhow. Please. Go with a different name. This one is just not good.
