  • I think this name is very handsome, along with its spelling variant of Dwayne (which I pronounce differently, however..."Dw-ayn"); I'm surprised that people don't use it anymore. It would be a unique choice for a son (in this day and age), which I enjoy along with its sound, "Doo-ayn" or "Duh-wayne". I don't mind any pronunciation, but I especially find "Doo-ayn" attractive.
