Can't we just use Eleanor? This looks so strange.

This was my great-grandmother's name, and it's my middle name. I love the name Eleanore, and the extraeat the end makes it seem more personal and unique. Because it is a family name I think it feels a little old, but one of my childhood best friends was named Eleanor without thee', so that adds some youth for me. I think it's very pretty and it feels like pastels and the outdoors.

I prefer this spelling to Eleanor. It looks classier and fancier. It can also be shortened to Nora, or Elle.
