The Italian pronunciation:
Kree-STEE-Ahn-Oh
"C" equals a hard "K," in this case. Roll your "R." Stress "I" to "EE." "S," when spoken, could be heard as "Z." For "Tia," stress "I" to "EE" once again. "A" is pronounced as in "Father." "No" is as usual.

I wouldn't use this name because of Cristiano Ronaldo, but it's interesting in my opinion.

I'm surprised this name never took off in the UK. Cristiano Ronaldo is very popular here among football fans. Or maybe was, since his move to Real Madrid. He was popular during his Manchester United days, at least. It seems to have got more use in France than here, probably because Latinate -o names (like Enzo, Léo, Hugo, Théo, Timéo...) are super-trendy there.
