Personally would never use it due to the association with Huxley, the poor Chinese boy who was adopted, exploited for social media views, and then abandoned again and handed off to another family. And it also just sounds gross, so there’s that.

I really like the literary association with Aldous Huxley, although A Brave New World is kind of a creepy read. There is something adorable about this name that I’m drawn to—it would be so cute for a little boy. Maybe it’s the nickname possibilities, Hux or Huck. But when I look too closely at the name I cringe and question if it’s really a solid name... I don’t mind the sound of it. But the look of it. Well, it’s that X. Also the meaning isn’t the best, but then there are solid boy names that mean “bald man,” etc. So not that big of a deal I suppose.

Theoretically, this could be a nice classical-sounding name with literary connotations (Aldous Huxley comes to mind), but unfortunately it sounds like a name used by the kind of family that would name their other kids Braxtyn and Brynleigh. However, out of all the trendy names thatHuxleycan be grouped with, I do at least feel like Huxley will endure the longest.

The "X" in the name just makes it sound rough and ruins the name completely.
